This is a super townhouse as it is next to the countryside and it offers the best of both worlds, also, it has a very good sized patio area which is a rare thing with townhouses so there is space for pets and you can be walking your dogs, if you have any, by just crossing the road into the large open areas of green land. 

Casas Del Señor is a village around eight minutes drive to the larger town of Monovar and about a ten-minute drive to Pinoso. The village has a restaurant and a bar just two to three minutes walk away as well as a butchers/mini market a bakery and a Health Centre. It is approximately 35-40 minutes drive to Alicante Airport and the beaches of the Alicante region.

The property stretches across two streets and can be entered by the rear or by the front door. It is in walk-in condition and has an abundance of natural light. 

The patio is a very big space and perfect for relaxing and for dining and you could quite easily put a swimming pool in. It is currently split into two with one part used for vines.

There is an exterior staircase up to another level which has rooms that can be converted to extra accommodation but are currently being used for storage, there are some spectacular views from this level.

There is a door that takes you to the large patio, the rear door opens out to the patio as well and there is plenty of on street and safe parking. These villages are known for their community spirit and safety. Neighbours are always welcoming and very helpful towards our international clients.

The patio also has a small toilet. The house has mains electricity and water. The rates are approximately 25€ per month, yes per month which includes waste collection.

The bedrooms are all double and well-sized, bright and airy and the flooring throughout the property is lovely.

There is a bus service to and from Alicante City that takes around one hour and costs around 7€.

The population is around 300 and the village is has mountains to all sides. The restaurant Casa Asuncion is known for its fabulous rice dishes and the village of Chinorlet is walking distance and has Casa Reme and Elias
