Plot of Land in Sax with Caravan

Fully fenced land for sale with barbecue, a small kennel, a caravan with a toilet, a kitchen with a fridge and a gas hob, a living room and a sleeping area with a mattress. There is also a small sheet metal construction with a wood stove, a folding bed, sofa, a small table with two chairs and another gas stove. And there is also a square container used to store garden tools.

A nice terrace is next to the barbecue and a large detachable pool.

The water is delivered to a container on the land but there is mains water available.

We can´t advertise the land as being able to build on as, although there is more than the required 10,000m2, the plot is very close to the protected area of El Plano.  We have not yet received a definitive answer from the town hall which is frustrating but, normally, the town hall will only deal with an application submitted by the owner. We prefer to say that building is not permitted for the time being.

As for the area, it is located in one of the best areas of Sax, between the plain and the Cabreras peaks, so if you like hiking, it is a spectacular area of nature to go for a walk. And the views of the mountains are amazing.
