This is an extraordinary townhouse in an excellent location just at the side of the church in the main plaza in Salinas and close to all amenities. The property has been repossessed by the bank and subsequently offers over 50,000€ will be listened to which makes it very interesting as an investment or as an enormous family house but, in our opinion, an Airbnb would be the most lucrative idea and a Tourist License would not be a problem.
The property has had some work done to it. We presume the owners were building a bar/restaurant and the bar area is very impressive.
Other rooms have had reform work done including some new windows and a new shutter for the garage. Also, there is a good L-shaped area of open space that looks like it was intended to be a beer garden.
