Amazing value 4 Bed 2 Bath Finca within walking distance (Google says 25 minutes) to Sax and with easily maintained gardens and beautiful views. Very tranquil location but with neighbours and not remote yet private.

This Finca is being offered at a reduced price as one room is only partially finished and there are improvements to be made. One bedroom is being used as a kitchen and, ideally, a new kitchen would be out in the L-shaped lounge/diner without taking away any living space.

The Lounge/Diner is a big space with an almost new high-quality pellet burner that can be operated by remote control and also by Wi-Fi connection. The Master Bedroom is superb, with an en-suite bathroom and a big dressing area.

The unfinished room is counted as a bedroom as that was the intention but can be used as another lounge or anything you like.

There is a covered terrace at the front of the property which needs repair work to the ceiling.

A fabulous feature is the big roof terrace from where there are breathtaking views and what a great place to relax and sunbathe. The property offers plenty of parking and there is a small above-ground pool with space for a more permanent type.

There has been water damage to the property but the roof which is flat towards the front has been repaired professionally and there has not been a single problem. At the rear is a sloping roof that has not been professionally repaired and would benefit from a polyurethane foam coating which would cost approximately 2,500€.

We have had professional builders look at the unfinished room at the rear and their estimate to complete the work is around 3,500€. It would make a perfect guest bedroom as the second bathroom is right next door and the room is easily big enough for a double bed and a small lounge area and a door from the hallway could easily be fitted to separate it from the rest of the property and it would have a patio door fitted to allow independent entry.
