This really is something very special, an off-grid 2 Bed 2 Bath Finca legally built inside El Plano National Park in Sax. The owners have made a stunning property in the three years they have owned it and it even has a caravan next to the property with a double bedroom for guests. 

Everything about this property is special, not just the location which is very hard to beat. It is reached by a private road which is best described as 4x4 but not absolutely necessary as the owners’ don´t have one and neither did we on the occasion we went. There are tarmac roads all the way to the private 2km driveway.

The Finca has a lovely large terrace at the front and a number of seating terrace-type areas have been created at the rear so you have the opportunity to eat, relax, and enjoy a drink in different places taking advantage of the sun or the shade.

The interior has been beautifully designed and is very modern yet it has kept a traditional feel. The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner is spacious, light and airy and heats up remarkably quickly in the winter months by way of the log-burning fire with an exposed chimney making the most of the heat created.

The two bathrooms are also very well designed so that you have shower facilities in both and a bath in one. The main bedroom not only has the en-suite bathroom but also sliding doors leading out to a terrace and some wonderful views whilst the second bedroom is surprisingly spacious and again, features loads of natural light.

The plot is fully fenced so pets cannot escape and there are many different areas mapped out such as a vegetable garden and fruit trees. Of course, the views from almost everywhere are superb.

There is a carport, a shed, a BBQ area with a Pizza Oven and many more features that make this property really special and, there are no neighbours so you have absolute privacy.
