Casas Del Señor is a village around eight minutes drive to the larger town of Monovar and about a ten-minute drive to Pinoso. The village has a restaurant and a bar just two to three minutes walk away as well as a butchers/mini market a bakery and a Health Centre. It is approximately 35-40 minutes drive to Alicante Airport and the beaches of the Alicante region.

The property stretches across two streets and can be entered by the garage to the rear or by the front door. The house is full of natural light and is in need of modernisation but is in very good condition as is the roof and the exterior walls. It is ready for someone to move in and modernise bit by bit.
