What a fabulous location in El Campello, just a maximum of five minutes' walk to the beach even if you walk slowly and some of the finest restaurants on the coast. 

The views from the balcony accessed from the lounge/diner and the two balconies accessed via two of the bedrooms are superb. The former has sea views and the latter have views to the mountains. 

The apartment has seen some improvements in the last eight years particularly the kitchen and the bathroom but there is a need for some love and modernisation; however, it is more than liveable. 

Prices in El Campello have rocketed since Covid so this one at 175k is incredible. Please note that there is not an Informe de Valoracion on the apartment block, the 50 year check but this is not uncommon and is something that should be done by the Community.
