While rural, La Romana isn’t isolated. You’re about 30–40 minutes from beaches on the Costa Blanca and cities like Elche or Alicante, so you can enjoy both quiet living and easy access to amenities.
There’s a growing international community, but it hasn’t overwhelmed the town. This balance makes it easier to integrate while still finding support networks if you’re moving from abroad.
