Description

Fabulous 3 Bed 1 Bath Villa in Salinas with Pool and Orchard 249,995€

First of all, location, location, location. Could hardly be better, a villa in the countryside with breathtaking views yet only a ten minute walk into the town and with tarmac road access all the way.

The remote-controlled entrance gate slides across to give you the first look at the easily maintained gardens and a glimpse of the large covered terrace and the Villa.

There are ample spaces with natural shade from the beautiful trees to park a number of cars and as you get out of the car you can´t help but notice the views, they really are spectacular and the lovely garden area with mature trees and hardy perennials.

The property stands in approximately 3,000m2 of land which is fully fenced and private and the orchard, full of olive trees is in the open plot to the left. The owner is perfectly happy to maintain the orchard for the new owners and to split the yield which means you will be cooking everything in olive oil for the rest of your life.

Walking past the Villa, there is a private 9 x 5 swimming pool with a cover and the terrace around it is fenced so that pets and/or small children cannot enter without someone with them.

There are a number of kennels and outbuildings as the owner kept dogs, birds and chickens. If you are a fresh egg lover then the chickens may well be included in the sale. There are two large sheds and the all-important BBQ.

There is another small parcel of land, not that small actually, fenced off, where the owners grew all their vegetables and they still have some fruit trees and I left with a large watermelon.

The Villa is entered via the lovely covered terrace with views to the mountains on the left and right and is a lovely place to relax in the shade.

The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is spacious and there is a new Air Conditioner for heat and for cooling in summer. At one end there is a feature log burning fireplace for real cosiness in the short winter period. The kitchen end has a door leading through to a walk-in pantry.

A hallway separates the living area and the sleeping area. There are three well-sized double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes of good quality.

At the left side of the property is a Utility room with a washing machine and a washing area.

At 249,995€ this is a very well-priced property and perfect for all year-round living or for a lockup and leave holiday home. There is one neighbour opposite and more neighbours further down the road but nothing on the other three sides but land.
