The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and comes complete with new, good quality furniture.

Each of the bedrooms are double, the principal bedroom is very big with a dressing area. 

The balcony can be used all year around as it has been glazed with windows that can be opened to let the breeze in or kept shut to keep in the warmth of the winter sunshine. There is space for a table and chairs for dining or drinking and relaxing.

The kitchen is quite simply beautiful with superb fitted units and a door leading out onto the patio area.

There are numerous options for eating out and some lovely cafes and bars. We like Cafeteria Marlene just two minutes walk from the block.  Restaurante Baralida is five minutes walk and another favourite of ours as is La Taberna Grill and, for Tapas, Bar El Gordo is fabulous.

The Ferrero Tennis Academy is less than 10 minutes drive away and thre are superb links to the Alicante - Madrid motorway and also to the AVE the amazing high speed train link to Madrid that will have you there in just over 2 hours.

The pharmacy and supermarket are also four to five minutes walk away and the Cepsa Petrol Station is close by.

650€ per month for a minimum contract of 12 months with a payable deposit. If you want a shorter period, of one or two months, the owner has agreed to discuss that option but do expect to pay a significant premium.
