This is a superbly located big townhouse in Salinas and, although it needs modernisation, it would make a spectacular large family home or perhaps an Airbnb project as a tourist license could easily be obtained.
On the ground floor, there is a large lounge, a kitchen next to the lounge that has a non-supporting wall would be the first thing to go to open up the space and allow even more light. Then there is a separate dining room and a double bedroom with a bathroom that would be the second to go. There is a door out to a large patio area with a storage room.
Upstairs there is a large hallway with four more bedrooms, three doubles and a single all with lots of natural light and there is a separate toilet.
Structurally, the property is excellent and it reminds me of the quality of buildings prevalent in the UK in the late 1920´s and early 1930´s.
