So, let´s start with what everyone presumes is the catch, it is near the high-speed train link from Alicante to Madrid, however, each train lasts six seconds and being high speed, it is made to run as quietly as possible and, although it is noticeable at first it can´t be described as intrusive.

There is a large loft area which is currently used as an office but can easily be turned into more accommodation if necessary.
