Everyman and his dog want to live in Sax because of the full employment, ridiculously low crime rate, and amazing infrastructure, and there are so few decent properties left. In this price range, there is hardly anything at all that hasn´t got “issues”.

This property is legal and all the buildings are registered. The Tennis Court is listed as a Sports Area so if you wanted a really big swimming pool with a pool house and a terrace you can easily get permission to build it. The garage is big enough to turn into a two-bedroomed self-contained apartment for guests or renters if you like.
