Fabulous location on the edge of the wealthy and lovely traditional Spanish town of Sax. This is such a popular place to live because of the amazing infrastructure. Sax is 30 minutes to Alicante Airport and 35 minutes to the beach. If you prefer not to drive then there are buses and trains to Alicante and Sax is linked to the AVE, the 300km per hour fast train link from Alicante to Madrid, in fact, you can be in Madrid in 2 hours and nine minutes and the train is so affordable and comfortable. Even the supermarkets in Sax will deliver to your door but the town is no more than a five-minute walk or perhaps ten if you want to stroll slowly. 

The Villa is presented beautifully and in a modern and artistic style. The distribution is more like a Northern European home yet it has lots of traditional Spanish rustic touches. The covered terrace at the entrance is big and perfect for a dining table and chairs as well as plenty of space for relaxation areas and a super place to sit in the shade in July and August when it gets a little warm. 

The lounge/diner is a big space with some open stone features as well as a log burning fire and lots of natural light. The theme carries through to the kitchen which is really a kitchen/diner and not at all like the regular small Spanish kitchens and this one has some really imaginative lighting. 

The bathroom is super modern with a walk-in shower and a wood-panelled ceiling. There is an easy and inexpensive option to change the villa to a 3 Bed 2 Bath if preferred. 

There are three double bedrooms and one single which is currently being used as an office and the internet signal is very good indeed. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with is and hers entrances behind the bed and patio doors leading out to a terrace. 

On the grounds there is a garage that is being used for a dog grooming business, the business in not a part of the sale as the owner is relocating nearby. 

The garage can easily be converted into guest accommodation if this is required and there are two more outbuildings and look out for the motorbike planted in the garden wall, yes, really!! 

There are kennels and an aviary and the gardens are lovely but in desperate need of a gardener or this may be something that you would love to have a go at yourself. Behind the gardens is the majority of the land which is fully fenced. 

The swimming pool is approximately 7x4 m2 and has a terrace and a pump and filter system and Roman steps. There is also another covered terrace area at the rear near the pool. 

The property is priced to sell, the owner has agreed to an under-market value as he is similar to me, once he makes a decision, he wants it to happen sooner rather than later. It´s a must view.
