This is a spectacular Villa of the very highest quality, a perfect fusion of rustic and modern style. The owners have concentrated on every single detail and I love it.

Remote control gates open to give you access to a fabulous driveway and then a glimpse of the imposing front of the house that gives you a sense of what is to come.

There is a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by hedges, which give complete privacy. On the floor around the pool area, there is artificial grass, which gives a more comfortable touch to the pool to be able to sit down to rest or lie down to sunbathe. If in winter you don´t want to be maintaining it, you can remove it and save it for the next year.

In addition, this property has 2 more buildings in the pool area. Currently one is a garage and it is used as a storage room and the other as a boiler room for centrally heating the Villa.

Outside is a beautiful garden with a rest area complete with two hammocks hooked to the trees. What a great space to relax, to read whilst enjoying the shade of the trees or at night to look up at the stars in the clear skies.

The house has two accesses, one via the kitchen and the other is the main entrance, which leads to a spacious hall, I love hallways as they make every property look very grand and separate the rooms nicely adding to the excellent distribution.

On the left, we can find a huge lounge/diner with large windows that allow the natural light to flood in. This is another super area to be relaxing indoors with lovely views through the windows. Sit in a comfy armchair, put on some music, pour a glass of wine and curl up with your favourite book.

The lounge/diner has a large serving hatch through to the kitchen which comes into its own when you are entertaining and this Villa was made for entertaining. The kitchen is a super, big state of the art affair with a magnificent island that my wife would kill for and loads of space for a table and chairs and so much storage space as well as a walk-in pantry and a door through to the integral garage which could be turned into even more accommodation if necessary.

As previously mentioned there is a door out from the kitchen to a patio with a table and chairs just made for perfectly for breakfast in the sunshine.

Back to the hallway that leads to the Bedrooms and Guest Bathroom, it´s incredibly light and spacious like everywhere else in the Villa. Honestly, I could go on for ages talking about this place but let me just mention the amazing Master Bedroom suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Three of the Bedrooms are Doubles and one is a single which would well as a home office as there is a very decent internet signal.
