This really is an outstanding property located just a ten to fifteen minutes walk from the lovely town of Biar and a 35-minute drive to Alicante City, Beaches, and Airport. 

The access is as perfect as it gets with all tarmac roads leading directly to the property and gates and a driveway easily wide enough for Motorhomes and Caravans.

The land is separated into the front part where both sides of the driveway have gardens and the rear which has a flattened land area where the family planned to put a full-size tennis court but the land is fertile and more trees can be planted alongside the existing olive and almond and other fruit trees.

The entire property benefits from central heating, there is mains water and electricity, and 50MB of internet is currently available and should be upgraded in the next year or two to fibre.
