We are often asked for something private and rural without being in the middle of nowhere. This Finca is as close as anything to being exactly that. Just 15 minutes’ drive, a 4x4 is essential as there is 2.5km of roughish track, from Sax and The Brasserie Bar/Restaurant.

The location is amazing and the views will completely take your breath away as will the smells of lavender, pine and rosemary that is in abundance. I hope the photos do justice to some of the scenery.

The interior wants some modernisation, the terrace is a wonderful, large shaded area for relaxing and enjoying the breeze from the mountains behind you. What a great place to enjoy your meals as well.

About 20 metres from the Finca is a big storage house which could be converted. 

There is mains water but the house is currently run by a petrol generator which is included in the price. A good, solid solar system would cost in the region of 8,000€ and would provide a current not dissimilar to mains electricity.
