Airbnb in Sax - Demand outstrips supply

Whilst we are successfully putting together small portfolios for our international clients buying apartments for rental, without a doubt, Airbnb has not scratched the surface in Sax.

Sax may not be unique but I don´t know of anywhere that has a steady flow of business visitors coming to meetings with the four biggest factories here and also a developing tourist flow. 

There is one hotel in Sax, that´s not actually 100%  true but the other one doesn´t really count and you would know why if you had stayed there. The Hotel is lovely and charges around 85€ per night including a decent breakfast for one person. From Mon-Thursday night it can be almost impossible to book a room and the other options are limited.

Tourist licenses are readily available for properties in the town, subject to conditions which means that you can advertise your business legally and use Airbnb.com and Booking.com the two biggest by far.

Sax is a great place for families visiting as the infrastructure, second to none, enables the town to be used as the perfect base for touring the region and the beaches are just 35 minutes away. 

Cycling and Motorbiking are massive sports in this area and both require safe places to stay and love houses with character, by clever marketing this is an area that is easy to tap into. 

If you don´t want to run the business yourself there are plenty of people in the town who would love to do meet and greets and cleaning.
