We are pleased to present this ground-floor home in a residential area of the town of Sax.

This house has many advantages, it is on the ground floor, therefore it is ideal for people who have mobility difficulties, another great advantage is that it is on a corner, so it has a lot of natural light, there are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite in the master bedroom), one of the bedrooms has a large built-in wardrobe.

The kitchen is surprisingly large for a Spanish property and is fully fitted with quality units.

From the patio (covered) it leads to stairs that give access to a large room perfect for another bedroom and would work really well as an office or ideal room for children or teenagers.

The house is ready to move into, the windows are double glazed and the interior is impeccable.

The area of Sax that the property is in is now just about the most popular as it is just about one minute walk to everywhere, the supermarket, the weekly market, the high street, pharmacy, medical centre and yet it is a quiet area with loads of on street parking.
