Description

I love this Villa so much it is just perfect, in my opinion of course. The location is incredible, just five minutes’ drive from Sax into the National Park area of El Plano and the mountains, the views are breathtaking which is such an overused expression but not in this case. The moment you get out of the car you will be overwhelmed. Fortunately, we have a mobile credit/debit card machine so you can pay the deposit there and then if you want. 

The Villa and the grounds have been thought out carefully to maximise the benefits of everything about county living in Spain. The 10 x 5m swimming pool is exactly in the right place just footsteps from the long, covered terrace where you can enjoy relaxing and watching the sun go down in the evenings over the mountain to the West and feel the breeze in the heights of summer. 

The BBQ house is situated away from the pool area and has a remote-controlled canopy for extra shade whilst cooking, it´s like they have thought of everything. 

The carport is in the grounds to the right of the house, however, there is so much parking available and some of it is in the natural shade. The garden area is 100% low maintenance and the orchard is looked after by a neighbour who will work the land for you and return with a healthy number of 5-litre bottles of your own oil. There are also three kennels. 

So, the interior, a superb, big open lounge/diner/kitchen with an impressively high and beamed ceiling, very Spanish yet very modern. There is a separate WC just off the lounge and a wide passageway through to the four bedrooms three of which are doubles and all full of natural light. 

The pellet fire is state of the art and runs the central heating with radiators around the interior which is wonderful for the three winter months. The solar system offers sufficient free electricity to run the whole of the Villa and the pump and filter for the swimming pool. There is mains water as you would expect. 

This really is an extraordinary property.
