A lovely driveway that has flower beds and views of the land full of olive trees takes you to the garage and parking areas of the property. The entrance gates are 26m apart just in case you are coming in a Motor Home or have a caravan then you can judge whether this is suitable.
The Villa has three double bedrooms all well sized but in need of modernisation as is the lounge/diner that is rather cluttered at the moment but it is a large space and there is a lovely feature log burning fireplace and then a new kitchen has been fitted with a breakfast bar and a lot of cupboards and storage space.

There are stunning views of the iconic Sax castle from the land.
A small terrace is at the side of the Villa and there is ample room for exterior dining and more stunning views.
