Entering the house, you get to a meshed area, perfect for dining and fly free.  This in turn leads into the entrance hall, with the master bedroom to the right, the family bathroom ahead, and the large open-plan living room and kitchen to the left.  Going into the living room, the views are amazing from the windows.  This room leads into the existing cave, and with this cave being towards the top of the land, it is completely dry.  The cave leads into a further two bedrooms, a winter living room and a bathroom.  This section of the house is used more in the heat of summer, as the cave keeps the bedrooms cool, and prevents a need for air conditioning.

La Romana is a municipality of the Valencian Community, Spain. Located in the interior of the province of Alicante, in the region of Vinalopó Medio. The main economic sector of the municipality is the extraction and transformation of marble, like other municipalities in the region such as Novelda, Algueña or Pinoso.

It also highlights the agricultural sector (production and packaging of grapes, with the designation of origin Vinalopó bagged table grapes, almond and olive plantations). In this village, you will have all the services and amenities such as bars, coffee, shops, restaurants, a school, doctor's center. In addition, you can go to the beach, which is only 30 minutes drive! Or you can go to the cinema or have dinner in the mall, which is 10 minutes of La Romana, in Petrer.
