3 Bed Luxury Villa in Elda with Beautiful 3 Bed 3 Bath Guest House

Very occasionally we take on what we call a “box ticker”. All our clients have a tick list of several boxes and have to tick as many as possible. When I say “possible” it is almost impossible to tick every one unless you have an unlimited budget but, I think this is a contender. 

Common Boxes to be ticked: - 

I want a Guest House that I can also perhaps use to provide income through Airbnb (etc) – Tick 

I want a location where I can walk to a bar/restaurant – Tick (La Torreta is a fabulous place) I want to simply unpack my suitcases and start living in Spain – Tick 

I want privacy but not to be remote and I want breathtaking views – Tick I want a pool area where I can swim lengths and also relax and a terrace for throwing the occasional party/BBQ with plenty of seating areas – Big Tick. A tennis court/ 5 a Side Football for children/grandchildren – Tick 

I want my guests to feel valued – Massive Tick 

I don´t want loads of acres of land to look after I want the land to be easy to maintain – Big Tick 

This is an amazing property, it has so much natural light and the thought that has gone into the style and distribution is obviously the work of professionals. The Main house has lots of glass that opens up and let in the mountain breeze as mountain ranges surround Elda. 

The location is fabulous, just a five-minute drive to Elda and also to Sax and you are between a 24HR walk-in Accident and Emergency Centre in Sax and an award-winning university hospital in Elda. You probably know already that the health system in Spain is excellent. 

The 3 Bed 3 Bath Guest House is better described as a second house on the same plot as it is very spacious and it would be easy to imagine two families living there. As a business opportunity the quality of the accommodation is unforgettable and the features of the property, areas to play, relax, swim, walking are second to none. As I am a user of Airbnb and have been for many years I would value the 3 Bed 3 bath house at around 150€ -200€ per night with a surcharge for cleaning and also for more than four guests.
