The access is excellent, all tarmac roads from the town which you could walk to in around 20 minutes.

The wooden cabin is a little bit of luxury with sliding patio doors it can double as a Guest House or as a very special place to relax in summer or winter as it has Air Conditioning for cold and warm air. In the photos, we have tried to give you an idea of what it is like to relax there overlooking the swimming pool and with the olive grove and mountains in the distance. It is the perfect place to watch the sun come down.

A brand new exterior bathroom and laundry room has been installed which is perfect for showering before/after swimming, to the rear of this is a storage room.

The areas around the pool have lots of spaces for outdoor eating and everything is designed for low maintenance, also, it is a great lockup and leave the property if you are using it for holidays as opposed to all-year-round living.

The interior has been given the Mediterranean colour touch as well and it works beautifully. There are four bedrooms, ideally the fourth, the smallest, bedroom would be made into a spacious bathroom as it already has a shower unit in there.
