Casas Del Señor is a village around eight minutes drive to the larger town of Monovar and about a ten-minute drive to Pinoso. The village has a restaurant and a bar just two to three minutes walk away as well as a butchers/mini market a bakery and a Health Centre. It is approximately 35-40 minutes drive to Alicante Airport and the beaches of the Alicante region.

The property stretches across two streets and can be entered by the garage to the rear or by the front door.
