Algueña is located in the extreme West of Medio Vinalopó, on the border of the old kingdom of Murcia, the district occupies a high plateau with mid altitudes around 600 m, hilly to the North because of the beautiful Reclot mountain range. The district includes the city population center as well as the village of La Solana at 3 km from the town. It has a really lovely town centre and a population of around 1,400 people.

It has a main house with a spectacular living room with a fireplace and windows that reveal very beautiful views of the mountains, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a patio with 1 toilet, it also has a cave house with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The cave house is a real feature and if your idea is to operate a Bed and Breakfast concept then this house is pretty perfect for that and your guests would never forget their experience.

Outside we could make a guest house, we also find a swimming pool fenced into its own park with swings, attached to the pool we find a barbecue and a warehouse or garage and another building with a large living room with an open kitchen with fireplace, toilet and a room that overlooks a piece of land where they have fruit trees and a woodshed. 

The front door and gates have a video door entrance, there are over 70 metres of terraces and some superb garden areas and hiking trails nearby.
