This 4 Bed 1 Bath Country House is the closest I have ever seen to a town, it really is a 5-minute walk to all amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets.

The owners have not been able to maintain the property and it is in need of a fair amount of TLC but the potential is second to none. I hate the word potential as it is overused and generally means a dump but, in this case, I promise it is 100% accurate.

The Villa has been priced well below market value for a quick sale and only offers in the region of the asking price will be put forward.

So, the location is incredible as previously mentioned at it is not overlooked and has 4,000m2 of land that is ready for planting with olive and/or almond trees which would look superb, there is already a "greenhouse" although I use the word carefully as can be seen from the photos. Also in the land is a raised Swimming Pool but there is scope to extend the pool and to have it sunken if required. To the rear of the property is a natural terrace area under the shade of trees that offers peace and tranquility and great views.

There is not currently a garage but there is parking for many cars at the top of the driveway next to the Villa. There is a lovely patio area for alfresco dining on the other side of the house and an archway through to the pool area and two storage outbuildings. There are two more small outbuildings as well and another patio area with a pergola for shade.

The terrace at the front of the Villa has been covered and separated into two parts and is more like a conservatory which is excellent for the winter sunshine and there are sliding double glazed windows for opening up in summer to take in the breeze from the mountains to the rear.

Inside the property, it resembles a Northern European distribution rather than a typical Spanish house as it has a proper hallway passage to the bedrooms. The lounge/diner has a relatively new pellet fire that is operated by remote control and offers the cleanest, most effective, and cheapest form of heating, however, there are six, yes six, Air Conditioning units that will heat or cool the rooms, all the units are remotely controlled.

There are two good-sized and a relatively modern bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is fitted out with modern units, it is a galley style and it has its own A/C. All the bedrooms are well-sized with high ceilings and nearly all have A/C.

This really is a fabulous opportunity as the property was originally purchased for over 200,000€ and improvements have been made so with TLC and maybe some reform work to the pool area it will take it back into that price category as its proximity to the town adds around 25,000€ to the property as so few country properties offer this convenience.
