This Villa is set on a quiet road but very close to the town of Elda. There is a long driveway that leads to a very private garden with tall hedges all around. A separate area has been fenced off for a vegetable plot or for keeping chickens etc, there are many fruit trees also.

The garden wraps around the house and to the rear is a storage room and the boiler room with the central heating boiler and fuel tank in.

This house is ideally situated being 5 minutes drive to the town of Elda and just 20/25 minutes to Alicante city, airport and beaches.
