This is a big 3 Bed 1 Bath  Townhouse with lots of potential. Located in Salinas just eight minutes drive from the larger town of Sax that has all amenities, Salinas has a minimarket, butchers, a Doctor´s Surgery, a weekly market and a bakery as well as numerous good bars, cafes and restaurants and is nestled between four mountain ranges.

This corner property is being offered at a seriously low price of 40,000€ and should be considered if town living is what you are after. No matter how hard we try we can´t get our Spanish vendors to present their properties for sale. All the above being taken into account this is a quite amazing amount of property for the money and townhouses with garages, especially proper sized ones, are thin on the ground. OPur valuation was 10,000€ higher but the property is an inheritance and the owner is keen to cash in.
