The annual SUMA (rates to you and I) are, wait for this, less than 150€ per year, yes per year not per month. Water connection each year is 120€ which gives you 1.5 million litres of water and to fill the pool would cost 12€ at most. Electricity cost is similar, perhaps a little cheaper than the UK but, because of the all-year-round sunshine, you use much less.
There is one neighbour who lives all year round and one other neighbour who uses their Villa for some weekends and the month of August. Sax has full employment, subsequently, the crime rate is ridiculously low and it´s a superb town full of restaurants, cafes, bars, and three supermarkets.
