Every now and again our breath is taken away by a property that is just stunning and this is one of those occasions. I have never seen a townhouse quite like it. Rather than write a description I should write a thesis. I will be as brief as possible and allow the photos and the video to blow you away.

I honestly don't know what else to say other than, importantly, due to its location it would be fairly easy for the property to be given a Tourist License and to be legally advertised on Booking.com and AirBnB.com as it has massive potential for a rental business with the town being very short of options and the hotel charging 82€ per night and being fully booked for the majority of the time as Sax has four, large successful businesses that attract business travelers frequently and is a town of great culture with an excellent infrastructure that means you can be on the beach in Alicante in around 35 minutes and at the Airport in 30-35 minutes.

At 136,500€ this is "a gift" and is priced to sell as the owners would like a quick sale.
