This is amazing and I want you to know why. I first saw this property two months ago and I refused to list it because the interior was simply horrible. The owners were very disappointed with me and asked what they should do to make it saleable. I suggested that only a full reform would work and, for about the first time ever, they listened to me and did it.
They called me last week and asked me to come down as look at the difference and I presumed I was going to see a part-reformed property and how well the builders were doing but, to my amazement, everything had been done and the quality of the work along with the difference in the distribution of the interior is incredible.

First of all the Finca needs electricity or solar, electricity connection has been estimated at 6,000€ and a good Solar System (see photos for examples of online Solar Systems with or without installation) would be around the same price and there are no kitchen units fitted so you can choose your own style. Kitchens can be purchased from Leroy Merlin or Brico Depot (The same owners as B&Q) for as little as several hundred euros and fitted easily and economically. I would choose Solar for power as today´s systems are usually bought online and are easy to select which is the correct power for you and there is always an installation option. However, the choice is yours.

So, let´s talk about the Finca which is just 700 metres from the town of Sax, about a 10-minute walk, it has gates and a driveway big enough for a Motor Home and also parking outside the gates for up to six cars. The land is beautiful with a small swimming pool that can be changed to a ground-level one legally. There are mature trees offering shade, a BBQ area, and a very decent-sized lockable garage which is currently being used as a Summer Kitchen and Diner so that the family can enjoy cooking and eating in the shade. The garage can easily be converted into extra accommodation with a "minor works" license that we can obtain for you from the town hall or it can be used as a workshop/mancave.

Walking into the pretty Finca there is an open style lounge/diner/kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a large modern bathroom which can comfortably house a washing machine and a drier if required.

Structurally, the Finca is excellent and the roof is tiled and in very good order. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase that very rare thing, a country property within easy walking distance of the town. At just 80.000€ it is a great buy.
