Every so often a property comes along that is very special, it can be because it represents great value for money or because the build quality is outstanding or the views are breathtaking or the location is excellent, This beautiful Villa in Catral has all of those features.

Catral is a small town, with a population of around 8,000, in a fabulous location just around 15-20 minutes to the beach and a similar distance to the airport at Alicante and the same again to a super shopping centre at Elche. The town has great restaurants, cafes and bars as well as five fiestas every year and is traditionally Spanish whilst having a nice mix of internationals, The National Park of El Hondo is stunning and a few minutes away whilst there is great warmth and hospitality from the locals and the town is a cultural delight.

The Villa has four bedrooms, the Master not only has an en-suite bathroom but also a big dressing room. I always think of dressing rooms as a sign of luxury. The three other bedrooms are well sized and the guest bathroom is lovely.

The kitchen is ultra-modern yet keeps a rustic charm and is easily big enough to dine in. The lounge/diner is such a great space with a feature log burning fireplace for the winter months.

The terrace is huge and what a great place to relax and take in the views whilst enjoying a glass of locally produced wine or an ice-cold beer.

The swimming pool has a pump and filter and is easily maintained as is the land and at 9 metres long there is plenty of space for swimming lengths and taking off the calories you put on the night before in one of the excellent restaurants.
