Huge 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa with Bodega & 40,000m2 Land. Massive 4 Bed Country House with Bodega and 40,000m2 of Land

Difficult to know where to begin. Let´s start with the location, amazing, tranquil without being remote, lovely driveway leading up to the house and loads of parking space.

Inside the house is a lovely hallway with a staircase to the left and a kitchen to the right, the kitchen is typically Spanish and is best described as “not big”!! There are options to alter the size or to open up the space so don’t worry but one must bear in mind that, here in Spain, most of the cooking is done outside on the BBQ or in the “summer kitchen” which is an enclosed BBQ house with a dining area and this one has both.

The lounge/diner is huge and reeks of history and Spanish culture, what an impressive room with a superb feature log burning fireplace at one end and enough space to seat about 20 diners.

Going upstairs, there are four big bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom all would benefit from modernisation as they are reminiscent of the style of 40/50 years ago, just a couple of coats of brilliant white paint would make a big difference.

The Bodega (Wine store/workshop) can be made into a further accommodation if required but it does need some small repair to the roof. All our descriptions are honest as we would feel it dishonest not to mention where repair work or alteration is necessary. The Bodega is probably big enough to be almost another house.

To the rear of the Bodega is a lovely enclosed patio with more storage space and a bathroom as well as the pool house with pump and filter.

In the grounds are mature trees and a plot of pine trees for shade and loads of opportunities for outdoor eating. There is also a carport and gates through to the 40,000m2 of land. It would be straightforward to obtain a license for keeping horses and the land is perfect for that but a further build permit would have to be considered by the town hall architect.

The swimming pool is in keeping with the house and measures approximately 12 x 6 and there is a lovely terraced area with balustrades perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and admiring the superb views.

The property has been on the market for quite some time although it is new to us and we have negotiated the price down from 325,000€ to just under 200,000€.
