There is really a third house which is the BBQ house and storage room that could be converted as everything about the property is 100% legal and on the deeds. 

Wherever you are in the land there are breath-taking views and a host of olives and other fruit trees along with a vegetable garden and loads more space for dining or relaxing with well-designed naturally shaded areas. Even the driveway is beautiful with a Thunderbird 2 look to it.
