An 8-minute drive from the cultural town of Petrer and it´s better-known neighbour, Elda, through the amazing countryside and climbing upwards to a height of over 600 metres above sea level, you find yourself in the mountains with the backdrop of the magnificent El Cid mountain. Rural, tranquil but surprisingly not remote, this is a rare opportunity for a B&B operation for nature lovers.

The Main house, 4 Bed 1 Bath, Lounge/Diner and Kitchen is built to the highest quality but is crying out for modernisation. Even so, it has a superb covered terrace with views across an open terrace with a pergola and capable of having a swimming pool added, to the spectacular El Cid mountain that is hard to take your eyes away from. All around you is that wonderful smell and feel of nature, in fact, it feels just like being in a National Park with huge pines giving natural shade and offering al fresco dining in different areas and the lingering smell of rosemary and lavender.

At a lower level to the house is a Guest House in need of a lot of love but not rebuilding by any means. It is typical of a building that hard work and some DIY or Building skills would come in handy. The views from the Guest House are the equal of the main house.

Another outbuilding, this time in almost perfect condition would make a good workshop or mancave and another has a small bathroom and storage space. As well as all this, in the land below there are two cave rooms for storage and the owner often sleeps away the afternoon escaping the warm sun as the caves remain consistently cool.

I don´t really know what else to say as it is perfect for a B&B or Airbnb and I can´t believe for one second that your clients wouldn´t return again and again. Even if they are beach lovers, the beach is only 30 minutes away down a picturesque road.

I suppose “please come and see it to experience the feel of nature” is about the best way to judge this property.
