On entering there is a spacious and bright hall decorated with wooden slats. The first room on the right is a bedroom currently being used as an office and study and has loads of natural light and there is fibre optic internet available with ridiculously high speeds. 

Along the wide hallway is the bathroom illustrating more great taste, another bedroom with access to the balcony, and further left the impressive main bedroom. It is very spacious as a master bedroom should be, with a window that gives lots of natural light, and then there is the dressing room with a glass frontage, with led lighting inside and superb details such as storage for ties, jewellery etc creating a space of elegance. In addition, there is an en-suite private toilet. Different papers have been used as decoration giving it an elegant touch. 

At the end of the hallway is the huge open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen this really leaves us speechless. Even the smallest detail has been taken care of so that everything is perfect. 

The owners both love to cook so, naturally, there is a stunning island made of granite and wood, it also has a glass "leg" that supports the elongated part of the island, which makes a table effect, with high stools. 

The attention to detail is magnificent, everything just flows with clean lines and the quality of the appliances is in keeping with the rest of the property.

And finally, in the living room area where there is an incredibly comfortable sofa with a coffee table in light tones and the Big Screen TV on the wall with led lights around it, a simple piece of furniture and a decorative shelf. Sometimes less is more and this is the best.

Once again the natural light floods the room meaning the subtlest lighting is necessary.

The Apartment for Reform:-

On entering there is a large and spacious hall with a built-in wardrobe that has access to a large patio. Exterior space is the hardest thing to find when purchasing in the towns and its value is beyond belief. So many people want to keep pets and to have an outside area to enjoy and relax and perhaps have a BBQ etc. The patio also has a laundry area with a sink and a storage room and there is access to the kitchen which makes it even easier to become an entertaining space. The patio would also make the perfect outdoor space to put a Hot Tub.
