This delightful, sunny finca is close to the towns of Pinoso and Yecla yet in a rural location.  These towns are in the middle of the wine area and have many bodegas where you can go and sample the local wines and food.  Just an hour and 15 minutes from Alicante airport and the coast.  A beautiful part of inland Spain. 

Accessed from a tarmac road leading to a small private gravel road, the house has an olive grove with over 100, 100 year old organic olive trees which is currently looked after by a local farmer.  The nearest neighbours are just two fields away.  The house is a real retreat and located on a protected sierra with the most spectacular views up and across the valley.  Currently off grid with a generator and solar panels which were added in January of 2019.

The villa has two large double bedrooms and a delightful central lounge with original features including beamed ceilings and an area for a wood burner.  The kitchen is semi-fitted and also has free-standing units.  The units along with the gas oven, gas fridge and generator are all included in the sale price.
