To the rear of the Bodega is a lovely enclosed patio with more storage space and a bathroom, a lovely summer kitchen with BBQ as well as the poolhouse where the pimp and filter are stored.
In the grounds are mature trees and a plot of pine trees for shade and loads of opportunities for outdoor eating which were planted over 40 years ago by the family. There is also a carport for two cars and a garage and gates through to the main part of the land which is mainly flat and would be suitable for horses. It would be straightforward to obtain a license for keeping horses and the land is perfect for that but a further build permit would have to be considered by the town hall architect.
The swimming pool is in keeping with the house and measures approximately 12 x 6 and there is a lovely terraced area with balustrades perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and admiring the superb views.
The property has been on the market for quite some time although it is new to us and we have negotiated the price down from 350,000€ to just 160,000€.
